I am an early riser (5-7am) take almost daily walks, and associate regularly, almost daily on Zoom and in person with my congregation. Bedtime by 10 or 11 pm, with no bad habits, and live very quietly. I have been known to play music of all kinds quietly in my room. I don’t judge, and don’t talk about my faith, unless someone wants to hear/share.
