Hi! My name is Marie, I’m 21 years old and currently studying German and English language and literature in Germany. As part of my English degree, I’ll be spending the Fall Term 2025 at the University of Calgary – and I’m now looking for a place to stay from mid-August to the end of December, preferably close to the University of Calgary and well connected to public transportation. I would describe myself as open-minded, outgoing and yet calm. Moreover, I am friendly, neat and clean as well as very reliable. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports, reading, and hanging out with friends. Back home in Germany, I live in a shared flat as well, so I’m already used to living with roommates and consider myself pretty easy-going when it comes to shared living. Of course, I’m happy to spend time with my roommates or chat with them, but I also totally respect everyone’s need for privacy and quiet time.
