Hi! My name’s Joyful (she/they), and I’m an international transfer student starting at the University of Victoria this fall. I’m in my 40s and returning to school to study anthropology—so I’m a focused, respectful, and pretty low-key roommate.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly home environment, ideally with other students or working folks. I’m tidy, non-smoking, and not into partying. I enjoy reading, early mornings, exercise, and good conversation—but I also really value personal space and downtime.

A couple important notes: • I won’t be bringing any pets • I’m allergic to cats

Looking for: • A furnished or unfurnished room in Victoria (preferably near UVic or on a bus route) • Starting July or August • Month-to-month or school-year lease
