I’m part of a group of three algonquin college students (19 - early 20s) and we are looking for a fourth roommate, preferably another student going into the fall-term as the lease we have starts on Sept 1st, is pretty affordable $800 per person (water included) utilties separate and the property is close near algonquin college in the neapean area - so we are looking for a fourth roommate as our original fourth roommate unfortunately couldn’t move forward due to circumstances beyond her control.

I myself am an art student, I keep to myself, am pretty tidy, and won’t break the sound barrier of the domicile! I’m into musicals, dnd, gaming, films and shows (specifically horror and or comedy), performing drag, and going out to concerts!
