Hi I’m Alina, I’m 23 and will start my Masters Degree at SFU this September. I’m looking for a room near the university for at least the first semester. I’ve lived with various people throughout my undergraduate degree and I have learnt that having previously agreed upon house rules (like a cleaning schedule etc) are essential so I would like to live with people who appreciate clear expectations and communication as much as me. I am happy to live with men or women and I am fine with animals. It would be important to me to live in a LGBTQ+ friendly household. I would love to have a garden or balcony and a private bathroom but I am very flexible in that regard. I would describe myself as quite quiet, I like nights in and I enjoy reading or binging TV series in the evening. I climb and play rugby and hope to continue at least one of these in Burnaby.
