NOT LOOKING FOR A ROOM, only a roommate. I’m a second year student at UTM and am looking for a roommate to live with not far from the campus. I have potentially found a place but require a roommate, preferably a woman/female, close in age to me and also a student. I’m a clean and organized person who likes to maintain that in my living space. I don’t smoke or do cannabis but don’t mind if you do. I am a mostly homebody and don’t throw big parties, but don’t mind people over as long as it is respectful.
