Hey there! I’m Kamyar, 31, and I’m moving to Edmonton in early July as a new permanent resident. I originally planned to start trade school, but due to unexpected circumstances back home, I’m arriving a bit earlier than planned and will be working full-time while settling in.

I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful person with previous shared living experience—so I understand the importance of good roommate etiquette and keeping shared spaces pleasant for everyone.

I don’t drink or smoke, but I’m totally fine if you do. I live a calm, low-key lifestyle and usually spend most of my time in my room reading or working on personal projects. That said, if we click and warm up to each other, I’d love to hang out! I clean up after myself daily to keep things tidy and do a weekly deep clean. I also like to meal prep once a week (nothing pungent, I promise!).

I love all animals and have had pets all my life—if you have any, I’d be more than happy to help out and give them some love.
