Hey! I’m Dev, 21, moving to Grimsby on August 1st to work full-time as a manager at Domino’s. I’m currently in North York and have a valid work permit (applied status).

I’m looking for a private room in the $400–$600 range, short-term (around 6 months). Furnished is a bonus, but not a must. I don’t smoke, don’t vape, and don’t have pets—but I’m totally fine living with pets.

I’ll mostly be at work, so I appreciate a place that’s peaceful but not too strict—okay with roommates who party or drink as long as it’s respectful and not constant. I’m tidy, quiet, and respect everyone’s personal space.

Just got into the gym lately and love reading fantasy (Brandon Sanderson fan!). Looking forward to finding a chill and respectful place to call home.
