Might be here a little too early :) I currently live in Downtown Toronto, but I shall be moving out at the end of my ongoing lease. I am looking to move to a new unit in March 2026, specifically a condo. I prefer a rent-controlled unit, but open to other options as well. I expect my roommate to maintain a decent level of cleanliness. I don’t drink or smoke, but don’t mind my roommate doing so as long as done responsibly. I am usually not at home, since my office is in-person (it sucks going in everyday, but it is what it is -__- ). It’d be cool to live like friends rather than two strangers bound by a legal lease agreement :).
