Hi there, my name is Jason, 29 years old from Taipei and I’m an incoming full-time MBA student at UofT’s Rotman (starting Sept1, 2025; my preferred move-in date range is Jul23-Aug15, 2025) Previous risk consulting turned game industry entrepreneur. Looking for 1 year+ leases. Prior, I had always been the one taking care of my family members’ houses, finding tenants, and renting. Respecting and taking care of the place that I live in is a natrual priority; I personally cannot function in an unorganized and dirty space.

I’ve lived in Vancouver, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Pretoria, and I’m now excited to pursue UofT’s education opportunity in Toronto. I’m tidy, responsible, socialable, and very easygoing—I go to the gym 3-5 times/week, read on quiet evenings, and usually keep socializing/parties outside of the living area.

Non-negotiables:

1. Max 25mins walking to Rotman (UofT) - I enjoy walking, as it allows me plenty of opportunity to think while I stroll.
2. Private bathroom - doesn’t have to be ensuite, but this is a frim non-negotiable.
3. I keep my space clean and organized (within reason) - I’d really hope and respect if you’d do the same as well! Better living space = better mental headspace = better quality of life.
