Hello! My name is Jack; close people to me say I’m a very down-to-earth, straightforward, and easygoing person that loves fun! I have spent 3 years growing up as an air/sea cadet and have worked for most of my high school/uni time so I can demonstrate cleanliness, respect, and professionalism when asked. Furthermore I am an outdoorsy, active guy but love science fiction and other stay-inside things; Oh, and I enjoy motorcycling! Some say I am a very personable person, others say I can be quiet and reserved. Especially open-minded and accepting of others.

I am renting for perhaps (6-12mo). I work a financial advising job until January when I start school again. I have another job too, and invest + protect my income. Have 3yrs renting experience with 3 landlords. 21 years old, from Calgary.
