We are a couple, 28 and 30 years old, currently living and running a restaurant business here in Corner Brook, NL. We’re looking for a clean and quiet room or studio for rent suitable for two people.

We are responsible tenants — non-smokers, non-drinkers, drug-free, and not into partying. We’re both introverted and lead a calm lifestyle focused on work, fitness, and personal growth. We cook our own meals, clean regularly, and do laundry twice a week. We don’t have pets and are respectful of shared spaces and neighbors.
