Octavio

Hi there, folks :)

My name is Octavio (He/They), I am a PhD student at UVIC, as well as work full-time with a local First Nation as a marine manager. I am a marine ecologist by trade, and focus most of my work related to food sovereignty items on the Island. I have a good rotating list of hobbies, from TTRPGs, PC games, various arts and crafts, gardening, plant care, and pottery. Generally, I do these out of the house but am generally down for a boardgame night. One interesting fact about me is that I once worked at a shark biology lab, and spent one of my birthdays snorkeling to catch sharks to measure and tag by hand.

I am clean, fairly quite, enjoy a good book and relatively quiet evening, and do not drink/smoke but I have no issue with those that do (smoking outside though, if you do please). Love furry friends and pets, though I have none of my own.
