Hey there, im a 22 year old Non-Binary Person who’s looking to end my lease soon here and I’m in need of a new place asap. I only have 3 small cats who are house/litter trained well (no walls scratching or peeing) & I can’t find anywhere in town that’s pet friendly ,I’m even willing to make a deposit. I’m a chill dude who likes to game, read and Longboard. I don’t smoke Cigs or drink or party and I’m a very clean/organized person. I have a passive income (income assistance, currently applying for PWD) and I’m enrolling in Jmac for upgrading. I also have rental receipts and references if needed! My budget for rent/utilities is about $800
