I’m looking to move to a quieter area; currently I’m renting an apartment closer to the downtown core. I’m looking for August/Sept 1st possession as I need to give a month notice on current lease, but may be willing to adjust for the right place.

A little about me: I’m a 33-year-old guy, I work remotely doing IT work. I’m quiet, a non-smoker, and rarely drink. I don’t have any pets, but am comfortable around with them if a roommate already has dogs/cats. I’m definitely on the nerdy side – I enjoy board games, movies, and video games. I also try to get out and do the occasional hike or run.
