Hi! I am a bookworm at heart and a low-maintenance soul. I am looking for a respectful space, regardless of the specifics. I am pretty self-sustaining, kind of like a cactus plant. While I don’t smoke, drink, or vape, I don’t care if a roommate does. I can provide employment / income verification on request. I am flexible with move in date, but longer term would be cool.

I’m okay with pets, I don’t really care for house parties, but if roommates want to host one and they’re occasional, I can work around that. I am open to a cooking schedule, but I’m fine if we just do our own thing too.

I work full time Monday to Friday, and I do work from home about 2 days a week. This can be flexible, as I can request to work from office every day, but it will depend on how close I am to the office.
