I’m looking for a room for myself or a roommate who would be willing to team up and look for a place with me. I work part-time and am very clean and quiet. I mostly keep to myself and in my spare time I enjoy reading, watching TV, and weightlifting. I don’t have pets or kids and wouldn’t need a parking spot. What I’m Looking For:
- March 1st move-in date with at least a 12-month lease.
- Either a studio/1-bed OR a 2-bed 2-bath apartment in the KW area for a maximum of $1,400/month each all-inclusive.
- Only interested in rentals that have a private washroom and laundry available.
- Only looking to share common spaces with max one other person (must be female / AFAB, no males).
