Hello! I am looking for a roommate(s) to find an apartment/basement suite with. Highlights: Move-in date of August 1, my budget is max $1200 (all inclusive), location of North York.

I am a 21 year old student currently going to school and living downtown Toronto. I am a clean and respectful roommate. I spend a lot of my time studying, my course work is heavy! I recently got a new job in Vaughan so I am looking for a place along the west segment of line 1 (Vaughan Metropolitan to St Clair West). Additionally, I am looking for a rental to call my home for the next couple years so finding someone who is also looking for a long-term situation is important to me.

I am looking for someone around the same age and gender (female) as me! I am interested in being friends with my roommate so if you have similar interests, that’s great! Some of my top priorities while looking for a roommate include: looking for a long-term rental, being clean/respecting our spaces, and being okay with visitors/overnight guests.
