Hi my name is Beo Allard, I am a sophomore attending Queens College & studying art conservation. I am looking to rent a room in the Kingston area. I am very quiet and focused on my studies. I don’t smoke, I like to cook and have a green thumb. Ideally I would move in at the beginning of September, but could potentially move in / start paying rent as early as August if need be.
