I am moving to Toronto this September for a new job. I’m looking for a like-minded individual to partner with to find a great two-bedroom apartment in the Toronto / GTA area, with the goal of signing a one-year lease. As a roommate, I am a non-smoker who is clean and tidy. I truly value creating a relaxed and respectful home environment and believe in having open communication about shared spaces. I consider myself to be a pretty chilled-out and adaptable person. Socially, I am friendly and enjoy connecting with people, but I also appreciate the need for personal space and downtime. I’m just as happy with a quiet night in during the week as I am with grabbing a drink on the weekend, and I get along well with a wide range of personalities. My work will typically follow a standard schedule. I am hoping to find a roommate who is a young professional or a mature student. The ideal person would also be clean, respectful, financially responsible, and a good communicator. It’s important to me to find someone who is generally easy-going and wants to create a positive living situation.
