Hello, here’s a little about me

My name is Talia Kelly, I am currently living in Nelson, but I am moving back to Vancouver to pursue an education in chemistry at Langara College, and this rental is ideal as it would support me as a full time student. This apartment is in my price range as I am receiving full time student loans.

I have rented in Vancouver before at 2070 W 14th ave, and can provide a reference. I am a clean, quiet and responsible individual. I enjoy cooking and baking, as well as crafting and reading.

I am committed to being a respectful and responsible tenant, and I can assure you that I will pay my rent on time, take care of the rental unit and property, and be a good neighbor. I will be available and stay in communication with you whenever it is needed.
