Beau

Hello everyone, I’m Beau - a 37-year-old Civil Engineering Technologist moving to Langley to start a new job with the Township of Langley in early August. I recently gave notice at the District of Saanich, where I’ve been working for almost three years, and I’m now planning my move.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value open communication, shared responsibility, and keeping things tidy. I work full time, like staying active, and tend to wind down early on work nights. Social but not a partier - just looking for a chill and considerate home environment.

I’d like to find a place I can stay long-term with roommates similar to myself, but I’m also open to a short term rental as well to bridge the gap.

I’m looking to move in August 1st and hoping to stay within a reasonable drive of the City of Langley with preference of living south of Langley City. I’m also looking for a place with a small amount of storage and available parking for one car. Ideally, my budget would be $1300 or less including utilities.
