Hey! I’m Sid (25, she/her)

I’m a server currently on the hunt for a room or roommate(s) to team up with for a July move-in (I know it’s last-minute—but hey, sometimes that’s how life goes!).

My budget is $1100/month max, and I’m looking for a spot in Vancouver—ideally somewhere in Downtown, Yaletown, Kits, Kensington-Cedar Cottage, Commercial, Riley Park, South Cambie, or Fairview. Hoping to stay for at least a year.

A bit about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and I really value a peaceful and clean home (I’m a heavy sleeper and thats usually how I spend my days off😅). My fulltime work hours start mid-afternoon most days, so you’ll likely have the place to yourself in the evenings. I’m social but also appreciate quiet time. I’d love to be able to have friends over from time to time. Occasionally, I make music in my room – using headphones, but I’m always respectful of quiet hours and a shared space.

I’m fine with pets— might need a little warm-up time if your pet is venomous 🐍. Ideally looking to live with like-minded, clean, and considerate people who are down for the occasional chat or roomie night.
