To those who have offered near Sooke, Colwood or Langford: I have no desired to go the jail. I don’t know how y’all do it - a commute worse than PHX.

Plus I don’t need your stuff, I have my own and I need it out of storage to go through it to jettison what doesn’t fit in the new plan. Then get gone….

I’m a fairly cool (66)semi-retired electronic engineer / photographer back to the island four years now after 24 years down south (Phoenix / Dallas).

Last lived in Dallas, TX (Uptown) in the same building for 10 years, although in three different suites throughout my tenure, so - I’m stable.

I wintered last year in View Royal (8 months) with good references; the commitment was short-term from the onset. I’ve since enjoyed the mobile life here on the island but once again winter approaches and there are things I need to get done.

I’m a fairly quiet guy when I’m home; I live any life outside the door when I do.

My home is a sanctuary where I chillax, recharge, occasionally cook, and keep dry cleaning (a living small metaphor).

I’m clean, quiet and looking for a safe and secure place to live. I have both fixed retirement and IT gig working income so financially I’m covered.

One truck, no pets, not a partier, don’t drink or smoke - asap possession - winter is approaching.
