Hey everyone! I’m moving to St. Johns NL to study Marine Engineering at the Marine Institute, and I’m looking for a place to stay ideally with a roommate to help split the cost of rent.

I’d be a great person to live with because I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I tend to keep a balanced routine I’m focused on my studies during the week but also enjoy friendly conversation and shared spaces that feel welcoming. I’m also reliable with bills and open to setting clear expectations for shared responsibilities so everything runs smoothly.
