Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I’m Alice, female, 25 years old, from Vietnam. I moved to Sudbury in September 2024 to start studying Child and Youth Care at Cambrian College. I’ve been living in residence (on-campus housing) for almost 12 months now. It’s been pretty good overall, though there are many rules in residence, which I’m used to following. This fall, there will be a large number of new students coming in, so it’s very likely I’ll have to move out of residence. That’s why I’m looking for a place off-campus now and if it’s convenient, I’d prefer to just stay outside of residence long-term. I don’t have any pets, I don’t smoke cigarettes, and I also don’t need a parking spot.
