Armando & Michelle

My name is Armando, I’m 28 years old, currently doing a PhD in economics at UBC.

I’ve been living in Vancouver for the past year, and I’m looking for a place to stay from Sep 1st. I spend most of the time out of home, as I basically “work” and study at the university. I’m very tidy and organized, and usually clean my current unit once a week. I also live with two housemates, whom I have a great relation with, and can provide personal references. I also have a reference from my current landlord.

The reason why I’m seeking a new place is because the contract for my current unit is about to expire (Aug 31st). Some details that we could talk about: I am married, and I am looking for a room for both me and my wife. She would be arriving only around January, though. So the first months I’d be by myself in the room. I can pay extra to compensate for my wife’s presence.
