I am a responsible and easygoing tenant who values a clean and respectful living space. I work full time in a project coordination role, so I keep a structured routine and take my responsibilities seriously. I am quiet, organized, and mindful of shared spaces. I always clean up after myself and make sure things stay in good condition.

I also have a small dog, a West Highland White Terrier, who is potty trained and well behaved. I make sure they are properly cared for and do not cause any disturbance.
