Hi there! I’m Nick a dedicated professional, athlete, and entrepreneur currently looking for a clean, stable, and respectful place to live. A bit about me: I live a highly structured lifestyle rooted in discipline, consistency, and personal growth. I’m a national-level competitive athlete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, run a coaching business, and am a full time worker blue collar. I’m also currently studying business at SAIT and balancing it all with long-term goals around independence, success, and health.

I take pride in maintaining a clean and organized living space and peaceful environment. I don’t party, smoke, or bring drama. My lifestyle is early mornings, healthy meals, and pushing myself to grow in every area of life. Currently looking for a medium term place (3-6 month stay) by July 30th and would love to get in touch.
