We are a Belgian-American couple on working holiday visas. Katrina is a watercolor artist from the United States and Julius is a freelance photographer and filmmaker, originally from Belgium. We are looking to team up with one or more other people to find a lovely spot in Victoria!

We are both used to living with others/in communal spaces and are social, tidy, and love a chat over coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night, but value our own space and quiet as well as yours!

We will both be working at least part-time from home so are in need of home-office space.
