The apartment is fully furnished with ameneties like in suite washer/dryer, dishwasher. The bedroom has its own bed and mattress with a study table. Kitchen has utensils, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The apartment has beautiful view of Gatineau hills and perfect sunset views. Gym is also included in the apartment building. It has great commuting options with O Train directly connecting to airport.and OC transpo bus connections. Its near centretown and neighbourhood Little Italy for great cafes and restaurants. Aisle 24 is downstairs. Its nearby to careeton university and uOttawa.
Rent is 1200$ including all the utilities, excluding parking. I am a working professional in Ottawa. I am a quiet person who likes to keep the house clean and tidy. Unfortunately there are no pets allowed in the apartment building. I am a non smoker.
