I’m looking to rent a studio or one brdm for OCTOBER 1 long term in a house on an acreage or lot to garden and [perhaps enjoy a dog of yours ….HOWEVER would help very much to move belongings in before the first…(perhaps SEPTEMBER 29 & 30) 8-) Renting alone however does present limited options. I have lived in co-op situations and shared accommodations during my lifetime… and so I am simply looking for an easy going rental situation whether its a single dwelling, a room, or shared with 3 or more peoples. I fell in love with VI about a year ago; I find myself in the same predicament like TOO MANY OTHERS seeking a new space. So why not share people because so much opens up – may I JOIN A SHARED LOCATION ON VANCOUVER ISLAND ALREADY ESTABLISHED. The only thing is I am highly allergic to cats which seems to be a limiting factor here. Let me know peoples ?

Lifestyle: Non‑smoker, non‑vaper, tidy, and prefer a calm home—no parties.

Schedule: I wake up between 7–9 AM and usually go to bed around 10 PM.

Work & Finances: I’ve got all my basics covered but I also freelance part‑time as a dedicated senior companion and artisan.

Life background: I recently moved here for a fresh start after losing close loved ones.

Pets: I’m allergic to cats however dogs are fantastic!

Boundaries & respect: I highly value respectful boundaries, open communication—and no surprises like early-morning construction or new pets after moving in.

What I enjoy Easy-going conversation, ocean swims, hikes—those peaceful Vancouver Island vibes!

Looking ahead Move-in belongings on Sept 29 & 30 —whichever works best. AND MOVE IN MYSELF FOR OCT !, 2025.
