Hi, I’m Yuta, a software engineer originally from Japan, now living in Vancouver for the past two years. I mostly work from home, and I’m someone who values a clean and organized space. I always treat my roommates and everything in our shared rooms with respect. I enjoy cooking, traveling, and going for walks, and I’d love to share those experiences with others.

Reasons to move: Over the past eight years, I’ve tended to relocate every two years to meet new people and embrace new environments. Having now lived in my current home for over two years, I’m ready for a change and looking for a new place. I’m tidy, polite, and well-organized. I primarily work from home, Sunday through Thursday, usually until around 11 p.m. I’m very quiet—my meetings are all scheduled earlier in the day. I spend about two-thirds of my time at home and always keep the space clean, putting everything back in its place after use.
