First of all, Hello!!! My name is Dylan. I am a 26 year old gay man. I currently live in Calgary have been here since 2019 but I am from Newfoundland I like to sip on a drink on the odd occasion/ or during some weekends from time to time!

I tend to adapt and get along with everyone. I love meeting new life long connections that can include doing this outside my realm. As the old cliche saying goes “don’t knock it till you try it”

I relatively am a calm and relaxed person, but with an upbeat positive mind. But can be your favourite spiritual animal(just don’t tell my bestie, cause she’ll throw a tantrum lol.

Any who, getting on a more serious note. I am in an urgent situation that I was not expecting and I had to leave my residence. Currently I have myself back-and-forth from a relative to an Airbnb stay. I am looking for a relatively this week by August 1 being the latest. Budget is sitting at $700/725 all inc. right now but could potentially raise in the incoming next few months!

I’m not picky about any type of lease agreement. Ideally, I would prefer to either stay closer to the downtown core or somewhere city centre ish. But in the end scheme of things, I would also consider other parts of the city as well.

Can meet for viewings as also I am open to a virtual tour. Looking forward to hearing back
