I am in a good, grateful place in life now, great friends and family. I’m much younger spirited and minded than that weird 61 number! In fact, I’ve lived with people 20-30 years younger than me and it worked well.

I value mutually respectful roommates, being aware and considerate. Keeping the shared areas, especially the kitchen, well cleaned up after each use. And knowing when to give each other some personal space.
