I’m looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath rental ideally around Bloor & Yonge, but I’m open to other locations in Toronto as well. My budget is around $1600, and I’m hoping to move by the end of August (but I’m flexible to move in earlier if needed!).

A little about me — I recently graduated from Ryerson in Computer Science and I’m now working full-time. I’m looking for a long-term rental — ideally a year to start, but I’d love to stay longer if it’s the right fit. I’m open to finding a new place together or moving into an existing lease if you already have a 2 bed, 2 bath — I’d just need to bring my own bed and desk.

I’m hoping to live with another girl in her 20s who’s working. I’d love to have a respectful and friendly dynamic — whether that means becoming close friends or just coexisting peacefully while giving each other space.

Also, I don’t have pets right now, but I’m planning to get a tiny teacup Maltese next year, so ideally you’re open to a small dog 🐶
