Hi ! My name is Hunter. I’m a respectful, clean, and reliable person looking for a place to call home. I work full-time as a Fire and Life Safety Specialist at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, and I’m pursuing my Bachelors in Computer Science. I’m someone who values peace, privacy, and good communication. I don’t drink or smoke, and not an avid party type. I treat my space as a place to recharge, focus, and rest. I take pride in being punctual with rent, clean up after myself, and am always mindful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and easygoing, but also independent - I won’t be in your way, but I’m always happy to share a quick chat or help out around the house if needed. My ideal setup is a calm, respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. I have first and last month’s rent ready and am available to move in anytime as my current lease ends August 26th. Looking forward to finding the right fit !
