Ben

Hi there! I’m Ben, I’m moving to Hamilton to be closer to my friends and family. I work in children’s recreation (after school programs, summer camps, outdoor Ed) and sometimes as a barista on the side.

I love to cook (especially soups and stews), make music (with headphones on) have tea with friends, hike, play team sports, and relax outside. I bike 3 seasons a year and take the bus in the winter. I would love to curate a home where we can have our space, set boundaries, and respect each other’s schedules and needs. I also want it to be a space where we can enjoy ourselves; where our friends can visit and stay the night if they need to. I enjoy hosting occasional gatherings. My ideal apartment has a balcony or shared outdoor space

I keep a tidy kitchen and bathroom, I find sweeping and doing dishes relaxing, and folding laundry is a happy place for me. I take a short nap most afternoons. Morning is my favorite time of day.

I’m already linked up with a real estate agent and I’ve been looking at two bedroom apartments in East Hamilton (between downtown and Bartonville) I would love to find a solid roommate to sign a lease with. I’m looking at monthly rent for 1500-1800 total, 750-900 each. Ideally for Sep.1 move in.
