Hey everyone-thanks for checking out my listing!

I am looking for a roommate or roommates for a place, preferably in Ladysmith, but also looking into south Nanaimo-as I’d imagine the volume of people lookng to live in Nanaimo is rather small :) I do not have a preference for gender or age, I do not discriminate against religion or lifestyle… all I ask is for someone who simply pays on time, and respects the home and those in it-and I promise to do the same! Non smoker, no pets, and I conduct the majority of my social life out of home. I really enjoy having a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. My only hassle is the blender i run in the morning… I’ll buy a quieter blender haha! The ad does say for September 1st, but if a later date works better for you, I have temporary accommodation set up if need be. I look forward to hearing from you.
