Recently moved back to Waterloo for grad school and looking for a new place to call home! I’m friendly, clean, and considerate. I’d love to be friends with my roommate(s), but it’s not a requirement. I love watching films (one of my fav spots in the city is Princess Cinemas), working out, going to local events, and exploring trails when the weather is nice. I’m also a huge foodie and love trying new restaurants.

I have a car and will need a parking spot, ideally covered. Somewhere close to the LRT and uptown/DTK would be nice! Ideally a two bedroom with one roommate, but open to 3-4 bedrooms with other grad students/working professionals. Looking for roommates who are clean and will respect quiet hours. Occasional guests are fine but I don’t want an additional roommate that I didn’t sign up to live with 😅 Unfortunately I have allergies so no pets. Also due to allergies, I’m looking for a non-carpeted space.
