Hello! I’m a 21-year-old student looking for one or two female roommates to rent a two- or three-bedroom apartment or condo unit with. I’m open to a long-term lease (minimum 8 months). I’d prefer roommates who are clean, tidy, respectful of personal space, and not noisy. I’m a quiet person who mostly keeps to herself. I’m okay with pets and have no issue with roommates inviting guests, as long as it’s done respectfully. Please only reach out if you’re committed to being on the lease.
