About Me:

• I’m a 23 year old woman who graduated university over a year ago, and I’m now working full time as a software engineer. Outside of work I like to be involved in activities like theater, stand up comedy, and salsa. I also generally enjoy being outside and exploring while the weather is nice!

Looking For:

• I moved to Waterloo a little over a year ago, and am looking for a roommate I’d be friends with! Let’s meet up and decide if we’re a good fit :)

Preferred Location:

• Uptown Waterloo. I’m currently in the Barrel Yards and would be open to staying here or finding a different place within walking distance of an ion stop

Preferred Budget:

• Uptown can be a little pricier, so I’m okay with up to ~$1500 each, but there are options closer to $1000

Timing:

• Looking to move February 1st

Living Preferences:

• Cleanliness: I tend to keep things clean and organized
• Temperature: I like to keep it a little cooler at night and warmer during the day but am generally flexible
• Guests: Guests are great as long as there’s communication! I just ask that it’s quiet at night and when folks are trying to sleep :)
• Furniture: I have furniture for a shared space already so you would only need to furnish a second bedroom
• Pets: as much as I love them, unfortunately I’m allergic and cannot live with cats or dogs
