Da crib: Im renting a lovey home in James Bay and while I love living on my own, the fiancial reality has set in. So im currently looking for one solid human to share this peaceful home with. Fully furnished but your room will be empty upon move in. There is lots of storage room in the basement but must store strategically as there is no perimiter drain around the house.

About me: 32. Island raised. Strong passion for animals and nature. I love music and crafting. I’m hella chill and open minded. 420 friendly and smoke friendly. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore but I have no problem with you smoking in the sun/mud room or outside as long as you’re respectful and responsible.

The vibe: I’m hoping to find someone who can match my energy or at least comfortably live with it. You’ll need to be open-minded, okay with occasional loud music or noise, and able to adapt or coexist to my gremlin lifestyle. Communication is very important to me. For example, if you’re having someone over, simply let me know before hand. If you’re planning on cooking and taking up a good amount of space in the kitchen for the next while just let me know, communication is key! My home is my safe space, and I want everyone who lives here or enters the space to feel the same way. Lastly, you must love animals. I have one dog and two cats, they are a huge part of my life. Preferably no more pets, but if you have a fur-baby I’m open to discussing additional pets if it feels like a genuinely good fit for everyone. All in all you have allot of freedom here compared to your average rental.
