I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and I’m looking to rent one my rooms on a trial basis.

I have 1 dog and 2 cats so someone without pets would be preferred, but can make exceptions on additional pets for the right person.

Single family home located in James Bay. Newly renovated with brand new appliances. Big soaker tub in one bathroom, and stand up shower in the other. Lots of room for storage in the crawl space. Also driveway parking can be arranged if need be.

I work as an independent cleaner, as well as my many other side hustles like cutting hair and doing nails. So I’m looking for someone who wouldn’t be bothered by my odd hours.

Room is $1500 a month plus utilities, but I’m not sure how much hydro is because I just moved in. Yes I know it’s allot of money for a room but the full rent is $4000 a month. You can use the whole house other than the other two bedrooms. House is fully furnished accept your room.

I’m hella chill and open minded. 420 friendly and smoke friendly. I don’t smoke cigarettes anymore but I have no problem with you smoking in the sunroom or outside as long as your respectful and responsible you have allot of freedom.
