Looking for a Female Roommate – Downtown Calgary

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share an apartment in Downtown Calgary. I want to live in a respectful, friendly, and considerate environment where everyone has their own personal space but can also get along well.

A bit about me: I work until 8 PM, sometimes until 9:30 PM, so I may get home later in the evening. I cook and do laundry when I get home, sometimes up until midnight – I’m mindful about noise and always try to keep it reasonable, but it’s important that you’re okay with that schedule.

I’m not a clean freak, but I like to keep shared spaces tidy. For me, it’s important that dishes aren’t left sitting in the sink for days and that laundry isn’t left in the washer for too long.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: • Female, respectful, and easy-going • Comfortable with late-evening cooking/laundry (before midnight) • Keeps shared spaces clean and tidy • Values open communication and mutual respect • No drama – just a peaceful, cooperative home
