I am looking for a 2nd home in Vancouver as I have taken a year off my job to study full time. I am a working professional with a family (a spouse and a teen). They stay in Victoria, and visit me ince in a while, but most weekends I am home with them. I am friendly, but also quiet and respectful of others’ space. I do require a home with some level of soundproofing between units (or reliable quiet hours/copacetic arrangement between roomies for quieg times) as I need to record for school, as well as being a light sleeper. No smoking, no drugs, no partying. I’m just a school nerd who works out regularly, loves Star Trek, playing uke, singing, and painting my nails. 💁🏼‍♀️💅🖖🏻 I also follow a plant-based diet so if you do too, great! If not, no biggie.
