Hi there,

I am Shashank. I moved to Toronto 6 months ago to start a new job here, and am looking for a new place to stay (preferably a condo).

It’s now been 3.5 years since I first arrived in Canada, to pursue my Masters in Math at UBC. I’ve lived in Vancouver and Edmonton before. Friends usually describe me as a shy, quiet, introverted albeit friendly person, who mostly keeps to himself.

A few (and maybe the only) things I would expect from my housemates:

1. Have unsaid quiet hours from 10pm-8am (so no late night parties etc)
2. Have no smoking in the common areas of the house
3. Keep the common areas atleast reasonably clean (so no pile of dishes in the sink with a fly infestation)

That being said, I love living with housemates in general (actively prefer it to living alone) and making new lasting friendships. Always excited to meet new people!
