I am a 67 yr retired Carpenter / Part Time Personal Trainer with a pension which is compensation to me for working and helping to build this City and Country over the past 50 years. It is not a handout, it’s a guaranteed income till my death, better then a job that I could lose. I am very active i do not drink or take any medications and not at home much I am low maintenance and do not make much noise but I do have a few requirements Northend of Brantford Must be Clean No Smoking in house No Pets Parking Max 2 other roommates ( male) No basements If you have something that is suitable please let me know Thanks
