I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of others’ space. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I keep my living area clean and tidy. My work schedule keeps me busy, so I value a peaceful home environment.
I’m looking for a private bedroom with access to the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Ideally, I would like something in the $400–$650/month range, and I’m open to signing a long-term lease if it helps provide stability for both myself and the landlord. Parking and utilities included would be a plus.
