Hi everyone, I’m Valerie, I’m 20, and I’ll be starting at Algoma University (Brampton Downtown campus) in January 2026. I’m looking for a student roommate to rent a place together, ideally a 2-bedroom condo, basement, or apartment. My budget is around $1,200 each, so about $2,400 total for the unit. Alternatively, if anyone has a studio basement or a room in a condo near Algoma (within 2–10 km), I’d be interested in renting that too.
