What I’m looking for: A roommate who’s also chilled, respectful of quiet time, and tidy. Cleanliness is important to me — I always clean up after myself and would appreciate the same. Guests are welcome with a heads-up, as long as visits don’t turn into long stays. As much as I love animals, I’m allergic, so no pets.
